1. When did you purchase this router? And when did you get this issue?

2. How many devices are connected to 2.4G and 5G respectively？And what are they?

3. Is it happening on both wired and wireless devices?

4. When the connection drops, what is the usual network behavior, is there any error message? Example: It only happens when you are downloading a movie or file and/or playing games OR experience the dropping with just a normal browsing or surfing on the internet.
