I live in a house with thick internal walls hence my choice of the Deco P9 as my main unit (the inbuilt back haul is superb!). I supplement the 3 P9 units with a couple of M5 and an M20.

Wifi is sketchy at the best of times, so I opt for a slower but more stable WiFi standard 2.5ghz... the P9 supports both the 2.5ghz and the 5ghz... the Deco app allows me to turn off the 5ghz, which instantly gives me a stable 150mbps throughout most of the house. This is great! However...

Occasionally my WiFi degrades. After some trouble shooting I noticed that the 5ghz was turned on. I turned it off and everything was great again! And it stayed that way for a week or so, then suddenly I noticed my WiFi degrade again, again the 5ghz had been re-enabled.

Has anyone else experienced this? It's getting really annoying!
