Model: Deco P9
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Latest firmware but have loads of issues , i have the P9's so they are meant to work over the powerline but am getting poor ping and constant drop outs.

There is no way to tell that that part of is working dropping or the wifi between them be great if you could manage that and manage the channels. The mobile app is not great and needs improvements . The logs are pretty useless to a standard user.

Im not convinced that it picks the best channel either , i have used a couple of wifi analyser and im right bang in the middle of other networks. Even windows analyser knows this is not ideal .

When will there be this functionality or improve the inbuilt selection?

I have 4 P9 Decos and after initial recommendations i having to say not to get them anymore.

Have you tried changing the electrical sockets in the rooms where you have P9 connected? sometimes changing the socket results in a great improvement in performance and stability. Do you have a new or old electrical installation? one or three-phase?

The main P9 unit should be more or less in the center of the house, so that each satellite is as close as possible to the main unit, so that the connection via PLC is as short as possible,  P9 with PLC backhaul builds the network in a star topology, with the main unit in the center

PLC units always connect directly to the main unit through the power grid
