Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.6 Build 20200902 rel.65591(4555)

Hi Team,

I'm using Archer C6 router and my service provider is ACT fibrenet (India)

Firmware version: 1.3.6 Build 20200902 rel.65591(4555)

Hardware version: 2.0

Broadband plan details :  300 Mbps (upload and download)

From past 1 week im getting very slow upload speed. As slow as 1 to 2 Mbps. Download speeds are around 300 Mbps on average.

I have tried Factory restore of the router , Manual firmware upgrade and reconfiguring the router. Nothing worked out.

I dont think this is a hardware issue. This is something related to software broke somewhere which TP link needs to address this by providing the firmware update OTA.

Thanks

SRN

@SRN

Thanks for reaching out to us.

If you connect computer directly to your front device such as modem or modem router bypass TP-Link router, how much upload speed you can get?
