Deco M5 - Very Slow Wifi and speed fall off from satilite

Hello @TP-Link could you help me resolve my wifi speed issues.
Issue: Slow Wifi Speeds
Set- Up
House: 3500 sq ft
6 DECO M5 (3x CA/2.0, 3x CA/3.0)
2 on Second Floor
2 on Main Floor
2 in the Basement
Telus Modem -->Main Deco(main fl) wirelessly to 5 x Satellite DECO.
ISP:
Telus Fiber 1 Gigabit
Speed Test:
Speedtest.net
Fast.com
Deco App - Speed Test: 879 Mbps Download, 920.5 Mbps Upload
Device used: Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop with Wifi 6
Method:
Ethernet cable- direct into Deco
Wifi - Next to Deco
Wifi - approx 10 feet from Deco (Line of Sight)

My Decos are update, I tried to both reboot and reset with no improvement.
****Samsung S20 FE, LG G7 , Apple Iphone XR - All receive less than half the speed listed above from the laptop.
