I purchased my 5 port LS1005G switch yesterday and ever since then I've been having an issue where it hasn't been giving me the 350MBPS up and down that it should be, I have checked the Speed & Duplex and its on auto negotiation, switching it to 1 Gbps Full duplex makes the internet on my computer disconnect without connecting again. I also wanted to add that both my Router and Motherboard support Gigabit ethernet.

Here's the ethernet status for extra information should it be useful:

That's usually a cable issue - change the cable with a another one (CAT 6) and if the issue persists change the switch port where you're connecting the cable.
