just installed the system, and it's almost impissible to work at home now.
This afternoon, >2000ms ping latency to reach the router when connected on Wifi 5.
Does someone also have this issue.
It seems to only be when i use Wifi5.
Hi, The Wi-Fi 5 here, do you mean the 5ghz Wi-Fi band of Deco X60 or the clients which supported Wi-Fi 5(802.11 b/g/n/ac) only Wi-Fi 6(802.11ax).
So it is more like, the Wi-Fi 5 clients have a huge delay when connected to Deco X60?
May I know what are these devices?
At the same time, please have a look at this link:Regular Ping Spike with Realtek Chip Network Card when connecting to Deco Network
And please try to turn off the Mesh technology for these devices on Deco APP.
