Hi, 

 

I have a 3 months old Archer AX20 that keeps disconnecting the WAN link very often, sometimes even multiple times a day.  When this is happening, the WAN LED goed amber, and there is no internet for any device, regardless of the connection - wired or wireless. The only fix is to restart the router or release/renew the internet connection. As you can see in the log below, there are a lot of WAN on and off entries.

 

I called my ISP and there is nothing abnormal on their side. They said that the router is dropping the connection.
