Hello everyone,

Im encountering a problem with the internet connection.

So i have this wifi model and after 2 months the LED that show the internet connect is on it suddenly turned red. What caused that problem?

Also, the signal of the wifi is very bad, i have the router in a room and if i go to another room that is 10 m away and 2 walls between, the signal is 2-4 lines which is unacceptable i think, also at that distance it doesnt even connect to the wifi, it literally doesnt let me connect, but if im in the same room the router is it connects with no problem. Does the router have feelings and works only if im near him?

I also want to point out that i have another router in the house which is probably weaker and cheaper and it works better.

@Andrei22

Hello, if the internet connection is not stable on the router, please go through the troubleshooting suggestions we provided below and get back with the necessary information, then we can try to work it out:

Router Disconnects from Internet

Regarding the signal issue, please confirm which one are you talking about, 2.4GHz or 5GHz? You can follow this article to locate what factors will affect the signal strength then try avoiding them:
