Hi,
Which service on your router are you trying to access?
Is it the router's web interface via port 80 or 443?

This usually happens when you try to access your router by its public (WAN) IP address from your LAN.
If that's the case and you are in your home network try accessing the router's WebGUI by its LAN IP address (192.168...) or http://tplinkwifi.net

Open in a web browser the following URL:
https://www.whatsmyip.org/
Check if the IP address shown in the browser is 103.225.93.100.
If they don't match then tha't the reason for the message in question.
If they match try to move the remote management to a different port (for ex. from 80 to 8080) and test again.
If you still have this issue you should contact the tech support for further assistance.
