Hi, I bought this to use specifically as an access point rather than a range extender, its connected directly to me router by lan.

My current Virgin media super hub 3 5G WIFI speeds top about 200mbps but they slow to just over 100 in my bedroom. I decided to LAN up my bedroom and install this to max out my speeds, I'm only getting 90mpbs / 9 meg / sec transfer speeds, i'm already getting 10 just using my normal WIFI, this is a 800mbps access point so I should be getting far better speeds.

Anyone any ideas?, (please dont ask me why I want better speeds though)
