Says in a good location but the internet is still dropping out in daughter bedroom even though it is plugged in in the hallway just outside of her room 

 

this is causing big problems as she is autistic and she can't cope with change she can't follow her routines because the internet is still dropping out which means she is struggling to cope with the fact that she can't do wot she wants to do for her night time routines befor bed that clam her

  • please try some tips shared in the below thread:

  • Confirm RE200 is the on the latest firmware (select hardware version first before check the firmware )

May I know how about the WiFi Led on RE200 when issue happen( if 2.4Ghz/5Ghz goes off, that could be caused by weak signal/ bad location) , the model of router, frequency, how connection recovers , firmware and hardware version of RE etc., thank you.
