Hello TP-Link Team,
I bought a nearly ne pair of TA2010 (not 4010 but 2010 is not listed there) and I can't pair them. buth look completly new and still have the foil.

What I tried so far:

• putting them into two poweroutlets (that are next to each other) and pairing -> blinking doesnt stop
• same in a distribution socket
• same after resetting both (pushing pairing button for 15 seconds (timed by a clock). After led off and on again, no change in behaviour.

• using tpPLC software:
  • both devices are being recognized when being connected to pc via lan cable
  • 'add device' with proper password doesn't work on both devices
  • changing LED state doesn't work
  • changing name does work, even after unpluuging and plagging in again it is kept

Answerin in german is also possible.
Please help. This makes me sad.
