Model: Archer AX1500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Is there is any way to control device using telnet, curl, wget or something else without web browser? I need to reboot device from bash script. Links userrpm/  not working, telnet port closed. Using scheduler is not in a solution here. Any ideas?

Except the WebGUI and the Tether app there's no other way to do that. Your best bet is the reboot scheduler.

As I posted there's no other option for that. You've already found a solution with the backup GSM internet.

2-3 time hungs per day is a lot - I believe you should work with your ISP to resolve this.

The other way to mitigate this would be a local RPi, OrangePi  or even Arduino which operates a relay to switch the router's power ON/OFF with a script.
