I hope I understand your concern, correctly. Do you mean all the Leds are flashing on RE330 once its powered on ?
If so, here are some tips you could give it a try:
1. Try a different wall outlet/ power socket
2. Try a factory reset on range extender:
RESET: with RE powered on, use a pin to push reset hole until all the Led flash once

@Solla-topee These are German Christmas carols that I mixed up with TPlink. My RE330 works without Problems.
