I currently have a dead app, it will not update and does not download the new firmware.
Loaded onto a new device and once logged in, the same issue..
I cannot change any settings or add a new device.

When you said ”App has no settings and cannot add a new device”, would there be any chance that you could share some screenshots with me?
Was there any error message when you failed to update the firmware or click ”upload firmware”?
