Archer vr600 wont restart

Firmware Version:

Hi guys, im looking to change the ip on my vr600 so i can use it as a wifi extender but my vr600 wont show any lights (except for the power light),

Ive tried using the reset button and ive also tried to do a 30-30-30 reset but nothing seems to work.

I cant connect my modem to my pc because of this issue

Could my vr600 be bricked and i need to invest in another one?

I suppose the modem is broken and it's time to get another one.
