Can't connect to 5GHz Wifi After Installing Win10
I bought an AC1300 PCIe adapter for 2.4/5GHz and was up until recently running it with no problems on 5GHz. Once I changed hard drives from Windows 7 on a solid state running out of a SATA port to a NVMe drive running through an adapter in a PCIe port and installed Windows 10 with the Archer T6E_V2_200603_Win10 driver file installed I am limited to running only on 2.4GHz. My laptop connects to 5GHz just fine and so do my other electronics around the house.When I go into my device manager I can open those properties and in the advanced window there is no option that indicates that it should run 5G. Any help is greatly appreciated.

May I know the model of adapter, it is Archer T6E?

If adapter/ computer can't connect to Wi-Fi signal you could try some suggestions here:
1. Remove old Wi-Fi profile on Windows computer, manually reconnect Wi-Fi by putting in Wi-Fi password again

2. Try a different Wi-Fi channel on router ( you may contact router support to login Wi-Fi router-> go to Wireless settings->change Wi-Fi channel)
3. Create an unsecured Guest Wi-Fi with no password or create a Mobile Hotspot Wi-Fi (2.4/5G) using very simple wifi password and see if adapter could connect to it?
4. If router uses WPA3 wireless security type on, try to use WPA/WPA2-PSK(AES) as Wi-Fi security on router
If still the same issue, please share a photo of
1) motherboard information and driver version
2) the model of router, and a photo of Router Wireless settings

Yes the adapter is the Archer T6E. I can see 5Ghz networks via my computer's network and internet tab but when I try to connect to them it tells me "Can't connect to this network"
I tried downloading the drivers you linked, but the first link didn't work for me and the second one produced the same results as what I was previously experiencing.
You also said, "Please try a different Wi-Fi channel on router, 5Ghz try channel 36/40//44/48 " I'm not entirely sure what this means. Can you clarify this?.

I updated troubleshooting suggestions above. Please copy the paste the whole link to download driver. And you could google model of router to check how log in router, or contact router support to change channel/ check wifi security settings.
