but i am very disappointed because of the poor support for such an expensive system :-(

  @roi333 , sorry for the delayed response. I did get support from TP Link on this issue. After several tests, disabling unpn, and swapping the main Deco for one of the satellites, the issue is resolved. I don't see why swapping the Deco's should resolve the issue, but so far it has. I will be monitoring as the issue did not come up until several months after the original install. Hoping it does not come up again, however if it does, I have all the support e-mails and ticket to refer back to. Thanks for your original reply, much appreciated!
