Internet connexion
Hello,
I just install 3 New déco p9.
The principal is connected to my provider router.
Every think works perfectly by wifi.
But everythink conneting by the port lan do not have internet connexion.
Have you alraidy had these kind of problem?

Hi, do you set up P9 under wireless router mode or access point mode?
If under wireless router mode, have you enabled any IPTV/VLAN on the P9?
Or did you set up any static IP on these Lan devices before?
If possible, you could have a check on the Lan devices whether they are getting the correct IP address:

Is there any chance that you could provide me a picture of your network topology from the provided router to the Lan devices?

My P9 is in wireless router, ip dynamique, iptv disable, vlan disable,

I only give a IP fixe for the LAN.
But everythink works perfectly in wifi but no internet by the LAN connexion.

Hi, Thank you for getting back to me.
In this way, is there any chance that you could also send me a screenshot of the IP settings on the LAN devices?
Are you able to ping the LAN IP of Deco, 10.0.0.1?
Is there any switch between Deco and the LAN devices?
How many LAN devices do you have, and what are they? Did all of them fail to get internet from P9?

Thanks to for your help.
So here a little schema of my l'an about 30 divices (mobile, pc, tablet, plug, heating system, google home tv, xbox, home cinema,.....)
I did some ping in Wi-Fi
I did it in lan connect to the lan port of the p9
And only the p9 give feedback.
But during the Day i was doing noting special everythink comme back to normal.
So now evething works by Wi-Fi and by lan i have internet. But i do not understand what appened.
