I saved then I did restart Tp link , i changed static IP of my laptop to 192.168.30.122

For this to work you will need both the devices on the same IP range.
Set a static IP on your laptop of 192.168.0.123
OPen a browser and go to the TP Link address 192.168.0.254
Log in and change the IP address of the device to 192.168.30.254 Default gateway of 192.168.30.1
Reboot and change the static IP on your Laptop to 192.168.30.123
Log back into the TP Link router and set it up as a extender now..
fingers crossed
