so i have a question regarding my certificate issue while browsing some website such as (https://tenor.com) my browser say Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead

when i go to adwance cetting and by pass the certificate issue

its assign tplinkwifi.net to that website and then it will take me to local management page from there.

i dont know how i can stop tplink to asigning certificate to such website this will be pain in my life i have to use vpn to browse these website.

Hello, have you tried different web browsers? Please also check if you can access those websites by connecting the computer directly to the ISP modem/router.

 

BTW, who is your ISP?

@Kevin_Z well yes i have tried different browser, well i came to conclusion that those website might have been block by ISP on my end. but still could not resolve the mystery of landing on the login page for router management.

How about changing the DNS servers to something else, such as 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 under Network > Internet page on the Archer C6, will it help?

@Kevin_Z  it does the same thing after changing the dns on Internet page of router management window. now am thinking it could be my isp who redirecting it to the remote management page of my router for site which are blocked to access. or to those page which certificated not obtainable and its get the certificate from tplink
