Please try a different wall socket, make sure that is not caused by bad contact
Factory reset tp-link range extender:
RESET: With the extender powered on, use a pin to press the RESET button until most Leds flash once.
If the above does not help, you could contact the retailer or local support team to check device warranty.Hope this could help~
