I have already an M5 that cover all my 3 floors house, but unfortunately could not cover the garage and other stuff.

Could I with a new M5 (AC1300 x 3) add to my existing network? or I have to create a new network?

You can add new Deco units to your existent Deco mesh. When you get new set, add them to your Deco mesh one by one, by following the process of adding Satellite Deco. For limits on number of Deco units in Deco mesh see this document: How many Deco units can I add to my Deco mesh network?
