Hi, 

I've got a problem that several times during day my Deco goes down and I lost WiFi connection. At Deco I can see only red signal. I can't connect to it. 

My network consist of three Deco hardware (one main and two connected). All of them are M4R with the same Firmware version 1.4.3 Build 20200918 Rel. 74289  and hardware is v 1.0 

Deco is working as an access point. The only solution is to restart device and then for few hours it's working properly.  

The problem starts to happened few weeks ago. I boght deco several years ago and I didn't have any problem. 

I exchanged main Deco. All devices have been reset to default configuration and network has been built one more time. 

The solution mentioned didn't solve the problem  Later I changed on router default DNS to 8.8.8.8 but without any result 

Any ideas or suggestions what can be a source of such behaviour.

Hi, could you please send me a picture of the whole network topology?

What is the model number of your main ISP router?

Did satellite Deco connect to main Deco via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi?

If via Ethernet cable, did you have any network switch, and what is the model of the switch?

my network diagram looks like below 

 

When red light shows on Main Deco  I neeed to restart only MainDeco device and everything works for couple of hours until red light shows again.
