OK. Make sure you're with the latest FW for your device.
Set the wireless Channel Width and Channel to 'Auto' for both bands.
Name the SSIDs differently for each band (e.g. Moksh259 for 2.4GHz and Moksh259-5G for 5 GHz).
Then 'forget' the wireless network (Moksh259) from your mobile and try to re-connect again.

Sorry for the delay.
Device has latest FW version 1.2.1 Build 20210513 Rel. 79745
I have changed the wireless Channel Width and Channel to 'Auto' for both bands.
Changed the names as suggested "Moksh259 for 2.4GHz and Moksh259-5G for 5 GHz"
Tried Forget Network and tried reconnect with Moksh259. Still same issue.
Thanks,
Govind.

Do you have the same issue with another device ?
Try changing your wireless security settings like this and test again.
Security: WPA/WPA2-Personal
Version: Auto
