And very poor customer service, seeing so many complaints they should really prioritize dev & testing. This and other mesh products of theirs are only mesh in the name with such soft! I'm going to write to their CEO. Maybe this will change something

I agree that firmware 1.6.0 has been long in waiting, it should be released for M9+ as soon as possible. However, I disagree with the idea that "it's hard to keep these expensive pieces of plastic running". First, my M9+ units were reasonably priced, and not a single crash has been experienced by me in 2 years. My units are very stable, and that is the most important feature even if I would like to have some more router features.
