I am using the TP LINK AV600 powerline adaptor. I currently have S4 mesh in place. Plugged into my virgin router set to modem mode. The S4 setup works fine but I need a faster connection wired to my computer upstairs.

I bought the powerline adapter with the intention of using it on my virgin router and plugged in upstairs, it appears to get a signal but cannot connect to the internet, can you advise on what I may need to do here?

@chrisrmorg The only way I can get a wired Ethernet connection is to plug the ethernet into the back of the main deco that is plugged into the router. This doesn't give me the speeds I should be getting as wired. It is only slightly faster than the wireless connection I get in this room. I should achieve faster wired speeds than this.
