I have attempted to set up some basic port forwarding on my deco router but the ports are still showing as closed through external connections.

Here's the steps I have taken so far. (Some details are blacked out to reserve privacy)

I have set my ISP router (virgin hub3) to modem mode..

I have reserved an IP for the device I wish the port to be forwarded to.

I have then set up the ports, choosing the ip of the reserved device as the ip for the ports.
I have tried both with and without a matching internal port.

When i check if the ports are open at the IP address in the above screenshot, it always returns closed. Not sure why it's not working.
