I bought TF-3200 ethernet, and I install it on Windows server 2008 R2 64 bit using windows 7 x64 driver. Sometimes working, sometime not working. Is there windows server 2008 driver for this device ?

you can download the driver from this link to have a try : http://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/?model=TF-3200&version=V1#tbl_a
but there is not a server 2008 supported there.
the other way is you can check the chip model if it and download driver from chip manufacturer website.
