What is the light status of the VR600 when it lost connection? 

 

What is the current hardware and firmware version? 

 

With your computer/cellphone connected to the vr400, please login to the web interface and take a picture of the status page and send it to us. 

 

Besides, is there any error message if you cannot access the web interface? What is the IP address and gateway obtained by your computer at that point? Instruction as below:
