Model : TL-WR1043ND
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 3.13.11 Build 121102 Rel.51321n
ISP : Volia
Greetings, colleagues.
Is it possible to extend the functionality of USB in future firmware for data transfer?
More detail about the problem http://forum.tp-linkru.ru/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=3748
Can at least in beta partially implemented increase data transfer USB?
I bought this router, and as all users lose .... With the Internet, download files faster than with external screw via USB.

My TL-WR1043ND USB transfer speed can only reach 2-4MB/sec, and TP-link support said that is normal, because of the limited capacity of the CPU. Hope they can create a more powerful router...

How, then, in the alternative firmware transmits 10-8 meg. / Sec. ?
Processor's not the way ...
You just need to work on the firmware and optimization.
My keenetic old order of magnitude weaker Processor writes 4.5 megabytes, and the USB class A.
So you just lit a user.

Ок.
You've made a solid point here, the USB transfer speed is in need of improvement in the official firmware.
Just curious, that is if you did email TP-LINK support in the end, did you ever get a reply about this?
