TL-WA901ND Range Extender [Wired connection to wireless router]
Region : Australia
Model : TL-WA901ND
Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version :
ISP : Bigpond
Hi Guys,
I have a couple of clients in large houses that can't get full wireless coverage with their ISP provided wireless modem/routers. I've used this TP-Link device as a repeater (connecting wirelessly to the main modem/router) but I want to do the same thing with a wired connection between the main modem/router and the TP-Link device. I can configure the TP-Link device as an access point but, even with the same SSID devices won't switch over automatically the way they do when the TP-Link device is configured as a repeater.
Any advice would be appreciated - Ken
