Cannot install Easy Setup Assistant WIndows8

Hello ... I recently bought Tp-Link wr740N model but when i run Easy setup assistant on my Windows 8 64bit, A Welcome page appears.
when i click START button , a windows error comes out saying. TP-LINK Easy Setup Assistant has stopped working with following error
