Hi,
I change my TL-WN321G adapter by a TL-WN721G. I can´t set ON the softAP feature (in Utility, Advanced Tab it appers gray-inactive). My SO is windows XP. I hadn't any problem to set softAP mode with 321G. Anybody can help me? (I read other thread that mention that softAP mode is not possible to XP and Vista versions, only to windows7 (for TL-WN722N). Is this true for 721N too?. Thanks

I'm afraid that is the case. I once had that adapter and got the same issue, then I checked with the TP-LINK Support who told me that Soft AP of this adapter was only available on windows 7:(
Their wireless N adapters which support Soft AP on windows XP are TL-WN725N and TL-WN7200ND etc.
