I have
A TP-Link TD-8817 Modem with IP Address 192.168.1.1
A TP-Link TL-WDR-3600 Router with IP Address 192.168.0.1
A PC with IP Address 192.168.0.100

I figured out that I can only enter an IP Address with the range 192.168.1.* when port forwarding on the modem, ie I cant enter 192.168.0.100 for the PC.
Is there any way of Port Forwarding to the PC?

YES！Two steps:
First, open port on WDR3600 for your PC 192.168.0.100.
Second, open the same port on TD-8817 for WDR3600's WAN IP 192.168.1.*.

Or if you are using PPPOE connection, you can use TD-8817 as a bridge modem and set up PPPOE on router. And then, you just need to open port on the router.
