Download limited to ~13 mbits when connected through router (both LAN and WIFI).

I bought my router like 2 weeks ago. For the first 2 days everything was fine. I had 60 mbits DL and 15 UP. After 2 days my DL dropped to ~13mbits (sometimes even 9) and it CANT get any higher. My UP remains the same ( around 16 mbits all the time). Whats wrong with my router? I have tried so many things already.. When i am connecting directly to my pc not trhough router i get 60 DL and 15 UP. So it clearly is routers fault. Please help!
