@manni Where did you get the 1.7.1 firmware? I thought it was only up to 1.7.0 before it was pulled.

I upgraded my two M5's to 1.7.1 last week. Update went fine and everything is fine. They are with ethernet backhaul. New features are also good stuff, Eco Mode and isolating IoT devices from other local network.
My 5 year ole devices still rock! Thank you TP-Link.

I have auto updates turned on so the deco's will download the latest firmware automatically when available but somehow it didn't and was showing 1.7.0 as the lasted build, now successfully download the 1.7.1 build and manually updated each Deco, Thanks tor the heads up, I will keep a eye on the Deco support page for future upgrades instead.

I was also able to update successfully using available firmware on the French TP-Link support page.
OTA did not show any update.
I still have more disconnection notifications than I had with 1.6, even after disabling IOT network and put back devices to main network.
Even if it is really better since I disabled IOT network, looks like IOT network can cause some trouble.
A bug I have is disconnection of Chromecast with Google TV 4K when enabling IPv6 (bridge mode) but I did not test with previous versions and I'm going to change my ISP so going to test with the next one which might allow me not to use bridge mode but might allow to have a delecated prefix which could be better IMO.
