The latest Beta update has once again messed with my device names in the clients list. I've had instances where 3 devices are showing up with the same name. My Sony games console is also showing up as "Android" now despite being listed properly before.
Seems to be having a few issues with these. Is there any way to simply reset all device names, hopefully that can fix it? Because as it is I have to guess which device is which on my Deco clients list
Thanks

Thank you very much for your feedback.
The beta firmware might still need further improvement.
Could you please go to Deco APP>Overview>three lines on the top>help>contact us>suggestion and add the APP log again,then send to us?
At the same time, could you please add the model number of the clients that showed incorrect device names?
For the unknown devices, so far most of the devices we found are related to Apple devices and you could go to Deco APP>Overview>Deco Lab>Wi-Fi assistant>MAC lookup to check the manufacture of it.

@TP-Link I'm interested in trying out this Beta firmware update for my M5. Quick one - is it possible to revert back to factory settings if required?

@TP-Link Could you clarify us?

I received a link reporting this issue, but I can´t share it here.

Thank you very much for the feedback.
Once you have updated to 1.6.0, it is not able to roll back to the previous 1.5.x official firmware version.
As for the reported link, it has been brought to our senior engineers already and they are working on this issue now. Since Deco M5 did not use HomeShield security service and your model will not be included in this link.
