Hi,

I'm trying to set up my deco M4.

One m4 is only in solid yellow for a few hours now.

The other one does not even turn on when you plug it in.

Please help, I'm getting more and more frustrated.

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it

Hi, have you tried to reset the Deco by holding the reset pinhole for 1s?

If it is not working, please try to run the firmware recovery.

By the way, did you just purchase the Deco?
