Anonymous Wired Connection

I've observed that an anonymous client has been connected as a wired client with my router TP-Link Archer C7. In fact my pc only is connected with router (WAN) as a wired client. How can it be possible that another client is also connected the same? (screenshots are enclosed for experts perusal).
