Model: Archer C20
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4.16 v0001.0 Build 170822 Rel.41366n

I am using archer c20 from the end of December 2020. After using it for one year I am facing one issue. When my electricity went or I turn off the router or restart it, it doesn't connect to Ethernet automatically. I had to pull out the Ethernet cable from the router then I need to enter the wire multiple to connect. After shaking the wire sometimes it connects with Ethernet. I have to do it whenever I restart the router.

I need a solution to it badly. I am so frustrated.

@Akash6061

Which Ethernet are you talking about, the WAN connection on the C20 or the LAN?

Who is your ISP? Do you have a stable connection if you connect a computer directly to the ISP modem? Test this first and ensure you can get back to the internet every time you restart the modem or power outage.

What is the WAN connection type on the C20? The router firmware seems quite old, you can upgrade the router firmware first. Here you can find the latest firmware:
