Hi, it seems the router Wi-Fi is not turned on, try to press the Wi-Fi on/off button on its back panel, then check if the Wi-Fi LEDs will light up.

 

If that doesn't help, try hard reset the router and re-configure it from scratch, rename the wireless network to check again if you can 'see' the signal.
