Hello i have a mr600 router and a re300 as a wifi onemesh device

On my mr600 i specify lot of adress reservation for my device but when device connect to the onemesh device they take a différent IP than i specify in the router.

Should i specify something on re300 dhcp config ?

Thanks

@Jeannotmer  Hello,

We could  reserve an IP address only for the devices that do not need to roam between Router and RE:

RE works and a proxy and will create a virtual MAC address  (which is the MAC address showed up on router ) for the  the clients like laptops and mobile devices

And you could reserve an IP address for the client using the virtual MAC address showing up on the RE's client list, below FAQ for reference:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2019/

For the device that need to switch Router WiFi to RE WiFI not in a fixed location, you will need to set up static IP manually on those clients, e.g. set up static IP for Windows:
