I just purchased a DECO M4 router and I have been extremely disappointed.

The router just keeps turning red and disconnects. This has happened for more than 40-45 times today.Even after restarting,the same thing keeps happening. My deco is connected to a modem and the connection works fine when I use another router.


I was expecting a much better experience than what I had used before but it now seems that I have just downgraded the experience. 🙁

 

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED😔

Hi,

May I know who is your internet service provider and what is the model number of your ISP cable modem?

Could you please leave me a message about the MAC address of the main Deco and your TP-Link ID(the email account used to log into the Deco APP)?

Would it be possible for you to draw a picture of the network topology of the Deco system?
