Deco app shows a upload net speed of 680mbps, whereas ookla net speed test shows 40 mbps, why?

How much bandwidth that you have subscribed from your service provider?
Did Deco M9 plus work on the router mode or access point mode？
Have you tried to change a different server when running the speed-test?
And please also test the speed on different devices as well;
