Hi there! So, I'm having a problem where my devices can only connect to the wifi through my extender, and it seems that the rest of my family's devices are also dealing with this. Due to the increased load, this makes the wifi very slow for us. Whenever we try to connect ot the router's wifi, our devices say "Unable to connect ot this network" and don't even connect. We've tried rebooting both the router and the extender several times, but nothing has worked. I was wondering if there is a solution to this?
