can you tell us the model number of your TP-Link router?

Are you certain your router's IP address is set to 192.168.1.1 ?

Here a few things you could try:

- Connect a computer to one of the LAN ports of the TL-WR841N via Ethernet cable and then try to access the login page

- If you don't have the above hardware available, try using another mobile device you might have at hand

- If you don't have any other device for testing, then install a different Internet browser on your smartphone and try again with that one

- For the sake of completeness, try accessing the router via 192.168.0.1, as this is the default on most of TP-Link's routers

By the way, your screenshots show a really weak Wi-Fi signal on your smartphone. Was this because you were some distance away from the TL-WR841N or is there a chance you might have actually been connected to another Wi-Fi router when you tried to access the login page?
