Issue Description/Phenomenon:
Customers may encounter a wireless connection issue after restarting the AX73 router once enabling the Access Control Whitelist on it.
This might be reproduced as follows:
1. Connect all the client devices to the AX73 network;
2. Login to the router web GUI, go to Advanced > Security > Access Control and toggle on to enable Access Control, then select Whitelist and add the devices that you want to allow the connection, save and restart the router.
3. You will find the wireless devices are unable to connect to the network anymore
If the issue still exists after installing the latest official firmware on the Archer AX73, please contact the tech support engineers via email with the following information:
1. Are the devices connecting to the network fine if the Access Control on the router is disabled?
2. How about the devices that connect to the router via cable, are they still able to access the internet?
3. Do you enable any reboot schedule on the router? Or do you often restart the router?
