Firmware Version:

Every time I try to install the main unit it gets stuck in the "installing firmware" mode, with the green light pulsing for hours. How do I get past this problem? Internet connection is working.

As per the LED status, it seems the Deco M9 runs into firmware recovery mode if you pressed the RESET button too long. Try to refer to the below article to get it alive:
